How long have you worked at U-Drive?

I have worked at U-Drive for just under a year and a half and it's been amazing so far.

Tell us about your career with U-Drive so far.

I started off getting to grips with the front desk and the variety of customers. One thing I do love is that everyday is different. From making sure our vehicles are clean and safe to go on hire, to serving customers, everyday has its challenges. But we have been trained very well and given the tools and confidence to make sure any obstacle can be overcome. There is always room for progression and, being a manager, I'm always looking for ways to progress.

What is your team like to work with?

Being a family run company, my team - and the company as a whole - has that homely feel and family vibe. We all gel really well and always make sure any newcomers are welcomed into the family so to speak. Everyone has their own ways of doing things, but we always come together to make sure the best customer service and high standards are given to every customer.

What part of your role do you enjoy the most?

Well, as a company, first class customer service is our top priority and so I really enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a happy customer. Knowing that we have done everything we can to make sure the customer is satisfied is one of my main goals. I also enjoy the physical side, not being afraid to get my hands dirty I like to help with pre-rental and cleaning a vehicle. The satisfaction of seeing a vehicle go from a mess to spotless is immense.

What do you like most about working for U-Drive?

I have to reiterate the fact that being a family-run business who strive to provide excellent customer service, I like the family feel and the fact that there is always someone you can turn to if you need help with anything.
